Retail and Consumer (RC) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. Site Manager – Prestons, N.S.W

About the Role

Toll Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead logistics operations and drive excellence across our warehouse site. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to a number of our customers in a multi-user environment, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.

As a Site Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Deliver high‑quality logistics operations while meeting all contractual obligations and service expectations.
  • Set clear performance targets, analyse P&L results, and drive continuous improvement through corrective actions.
  • Build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and champion a high‑performance culture.
  • Manage multiple customer operations within the one warehouse
  • Maximise warehouse capacity, optimise utilisation, and ensure effective operational controls.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvements
  • Develop team capability through strong leadership, fostering a safe, positive workplace culture and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational standards while maintaining site profitability.

About You

  • 5+ years’ management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations, ideally with multiple customers
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.(desirable)
