  • Negotiate with clients, customers and suppliers to maximise the ROI of the company
  • Coordinate with the commercial head and give regular updates on the progress of various projects
  • Conduct periodic market research and identify prospective business opportunities
  • Rolling out safety standards for safe working environment. Zero LTI
  • Delivery on Time.
  • Warehouse Space optimization.
  • On time Billing & Collection.
  • Maintain reports and records of the budgets, expenses and revenue
  • Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Driving operational excellence and CIP at warehouse.
  • Achieving the CI targets
  • Attending to all the customer escalations and MBR and QBR’s
  • KPI review with customer on periodical basis as per agreed levels.
  • Rolling out safety standards for safe working environment. Zero LTI
  • Driving operational excellence and CIP at warehouse

  • Roll out safety standards ensuring Zero LTI and safe working environment
  • Drive warehouse space optimization, on-time delivery, billing and collection
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and drive operational excellence through CIP
  • Handle customer escalations and conduct MBR/QBR meetings with KPI reviews
