  • Oversee the daily scheduling and dispatch of vehicles to ensure optimal routing and resource utilization

  • Plan and monitor routes, taking into account traffic, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency

  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and prompt response to any issues

  • Enforce compliance with all relevant transport and safety regulations

  • Supervise fleet management activities including vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and documentation

  • Manage and resolve logistical challenges, delays, or emergencies in a timely and effective manner

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding transport and delivery, providing accurate updates and solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, incident reports, and regulatory compliance

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all transport activities meet industry standards and company policies

  • Ensure all drivers and transport staff receive training on safety, compliance, and customer service
