The Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) Manager role at PepsiCo's Dallas Gatorade manufacturing site is pivotal for the North American Beverages (NAB) organization. You'll manage TPM metric reporting, lead AM pillar integration with Natural Work Teams (NWT) for KPI gains, and develop maintenance systems under the PM pillar. Expect to guide Focused Improvement and LSS efforts targeting process capability, throughput, and loss reduction. Additional responsibilities encompass creating loss trees and 90-day SMART goal plans for True Efficiency (TE) improvements, sustaining daily management systems like SOPs and CILs, and fostering a data-driven, team-based culture. You'll also share best practices across NAB regions, audit daily management systems, and partner with operations for TE and Running Efficiency (RE) objectives.
Beyond technical execution, this role emphasizes mentoring TPM pillar leaders, developing training programs, and coaching plant leadership teams. You'll provide technical guidance to operations, coordinate cross-functionally, and apply financial drivers alongside manufacturing KPIs to align with NAB goals.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of processing and packing equipment to lead technical resources effectively. Candidates must possess working knowledge of TPM principles, particularly in pillars like Autonomous Maintenance. Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement, productivity enhancement, and loss elimination is essential.
