Role Overview

PepsiCo France's Sales GMS teams are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager for a fixed-term contract (CDD) from February 1 to June 30, 2026, based in Colombes 92705, France. Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Lead, you'll integrate into the Shopper Marketing team, focusing on in-store marketing where every shopper visit becomes a media opportunity for our brands. Your primary mission: orchestrate the Growth Summit event on June 26-27, 2026—a major commercial event uniting sales, marketing, ecommerce, logistics, and RSE functions.   • Serve as the Shopper Lead's key partner in conceiving, orchestrating, coordinating, and deploying the Growth Summit.
  • Develop event content through close collaboration with commercial leadership, category management (Catman), and marketing directors.
  • Author detailed briefs and lead the RFP process for three event agencies, ensuring competitive selection.
  • Define precise event elements including concept, venue, agenda, and logistics.
  • Act as central point of contact for all PepsiCo teams, streamlining agency communications and deployment support.
  • Coordinate deliverables from in-store shopper activation and ecommerce teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-7 years in GMS within FMCG marketing, such as Senior Product Manager or Trade Marketing roles.
  • Master's Degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university.
