  • Translate merchandising needs into scalable solutions that enhance market share, in-store visibility, and performance.
  • Spot market trends and convert insights into actionable commercial strategies with Sales.

Execution Excellence and Transformation

  • Lead Perfect Store strategy implementation across all channels for consistent excellence.
  • Update and standardize execution guidelines to ensure point-of-sale visibility and uniformity.
  • Support commercial transformation projects from a trade marketing perspective.
  • Oversee initiatives from ideation to execution, bridging teams and communicating clear playbooks to field staff.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as key liaison between CATMAN, KAMs, Revenue Management, and In-Plant teams for 360° business reviews.
  • Act as primary contact between Sales and Finance for new business proposals and commercial initiatives.
