Implement digital solutions like Mi Negocio+ and BI dashboards. Optimize routes, coverage, productivity, and operational discipline for maximum efficiency.
We seek professionals with degrees in administration, business, marketing, or related fields. Candidates need 7+ years of sales experience, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), with proven expertise in leading teams and distributors. Deep knowledge of the Traditional Channel in Colombia's market is essential.
