As the Traditional Channel Sales Manager (Jefe de Ventas Canal Tradicional) at PepsiCo in Asunción, Paraguay, you will lead sales efforts across the traditional channel nationwide. This full-time, 100% on-site role requires monthly travel to interior regions and focuses on driving sustainable growth, executing commercial strategies, and ensuring profitability. Reporting to sales leadership, you will collaborate with distributors, key clients, and cross-functional teams like Customer Service, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Revenue Management to hit targets and expand market share in the competitive food and beverage sector.
Your work will directly influence PepsiCo's national performance in traditional retail channels, optimizing gross sales, distribution and availability (D&A), share of market (SOM), and return on investment (ROI).
