Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive the end-to-end learning process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with branches and functional representatives to create competency matrices, training materials, and development plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assisting moderators with uploading and updating training matrices and packages in the LMS, while performing independent updates as needed.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to configure the electronic learning system for Supply Chain-specific requirements.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure training materials, matrices, and plans remain current, issuing tasks to site moderators and functional teams.
  • Notifying employees and managers about upcoming trainings, assessments, categorizations, and knowledge checks.
  • Delivering trainings on schedule, preparing materials, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Collecting and analyzing LMS data, including trainer and learner feedback, to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.
  • Generating and sharing regular reports on learning outcomes and providing feedback to learners, trainers, and leaders upon request.
  • Assessing employee knowledge and skills, tracking training impact on performance, and engaging external training providers when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

  • Proven experience in organizing training and competency development, or relevant education in HR, education, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to identify and assess training needs across teams.
  • Experience conducting trainings is a significant advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for material creation.
