Role Description

As an Accountant in our Cairo finance team, you'll maintain precise financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver insights that fuel our company's success. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative setting ideal for numbers-driven professionals eager to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Record, verify, and process transactions using accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Support month-end/year-end closings and maintain organized documentation.
• Prepare tax filings and assist with internal/external audits.
• Monitor budgets and track financial performance.
• Stay current on accounting standards and best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience (internships welcome).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and laws; excellent communication.

Preferred Skills

• ERP systems experience.
• Tax return preparation.
• Financial analysis techniques.
