Role Description

As a Business Insights Analyst in Davao, you will transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Reporting to the Insights Manager, you will support operations by uncovering trends, optimizing processes, and informing strategic decisions. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model in our modern Davao office.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze large datasets using SQL and advanced Excel functions.
• Develop interactive dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI preferred).
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
