Role Description

As Client Services Director in Bacolod City, Philippines, you are the vital link between Transcom and our key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor managers, handling day-to-day communications, status updates, and issue resolution. Anticipate needs through detailed analysis, forecast metrics, and prepare executive reports. Build enduring relationships based on trust, coordinate resources for deliverables, and lead critical processes like Risk Assessments, COPC, ABR, QBR, SSR, and CCSR audits. Partner with operations and support leaders to align on client goals, manage expectations, and drive retention while supporting growth initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent higher qualification
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 2-4 years BPO/Contact Center Operations leadership experience
  • 2-4 years client-facing experience at Director level or above
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
