Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Content Moderation, you'll drive customer satisfaction by reviewing user-generated content, applying complex policies, and resolving issues per guidelines. Identify trends, raise bugs timely, and propose workflow enhancements to maintain platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle ambiguous content escalations and over-communicate issues.
  • Analyze trends, outliers, and risks; report on individuals and teams.
  • Create detailed process maps, identify failure points, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and innovate across programs.
  • Collaborate on policy development and remain detail-oriented during extended focus periods.
  • Ensure platform safety for all users; adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Embrace feedback, support colleagues, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Meet/exceed targets, propose motivational activities, and maintain perfect attendance.
