Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Content Moderation, you'll drive customer satisfaction by reviewing user content, applying guidelines, spotting trends, and escalating issues. You'll handle ambiguous cases, propose process enhancements, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep platforms safe. Expect to manage disturbing content professionally, lead improvements, and exceed performance targets in people, quality, and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and resolve content per policies, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Update trends, report outliers, and communicate bugs effectively.
  • Create process maps, mitigation plans, and innovation proposals.
  • Participate in policy development and maintain high focus during shifts.
  • Support colleagues, embrace feedback, and meet attendance/quality standards.

Requirements
