As a CSR, you'll deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, fax, or mail for our e-commerce clients. Key tasks include fielding inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining deep product knowledge, and handling sales calls. You'll also perform precise data entry, back-office duties, and adapt to evolving business needs. Focus areas include People (support colleagues, embrace feedback), Performance (exceed targets, zero complaints, full attendance), Quality (daily skill enhancement), and Process Integrity (propose improvements, follow standards).
