Role Description

As a CSR, you'll deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, fax, or mail for electronics clients. Key tasks include fielding inquiries, resolving pain points, maintaining extensive product knowledge, handling sales calls, and performing precise data entry or back-office duties. Additional responsibilities evolve with business needs. Focus areas include People (feedback receptiveness, team support), Performance (exceeding targets, attendance), Quality (daily skill improvement), and Process Integrity (problem-solving, standard practices).

  • Provide accurate, polite, competent service across channels.
  • Meet targets, propose improvements, and ensure zero complaints.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers for quality enhancement.
