As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Financial Technology Campaign, you'll drive customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving pain points, and maintaining deep product knowledge. Key duties include managing incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and faxes with accuracy and politeness; performing precise data entry and back-office tasks; meeting performance targets; adhering to schedules; and contributing to team motivation through feedback implementation and process improvements. Additional responsibilities evolve with business needs.
Be receptive to feedback, support colleagues, and take full ownership of tasks.
Exceed targets, propose motivational activities, maintain zero complaints, and complete self-training.
Understand client expectations, continuously improve skills, solve problems, and uphold Transcom standards.
