Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our onsite Bacolod City location, you'll drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, resolving pain points, and maintaining deep product knowledge. Core duties include delivering high-quality service via phone, email, fax, or mail—including sales calls—and handling precise data entry or back-office tasks. Additional responsibilities evolve with business needs.
