As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Travel Campaign, you'll drive customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving pain points, and leveraging extensive product knowledge. Key duties include managing incoming/outgoing calls (including sales), emails, faxes, and data entry with precision. You'll meet performance targets, adhere to schedules, maintain zero complaints, and contribute to process improvements while thriving in a team-oriented setting.
To succeed, you need a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, GDS experience, and a results-driven mindset. Be highly motivated, flexible, and ready for a dynamic environment with autonomy within our framework.
