Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) onsite in Davao, you'll deliver top-tier support to clients via phone, email, fax, and mail. Key duties include fielding inquiries, resolving pain points, handling sales calls, accurate data entry, and back-office tasks. You'll maintain high performance by meeting targets, adhering to schedules, proposing improvements, and fostering team motivation while upholding zero complaints and process integrity.
