Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll deliver exceptional service to clients via phone, email, fax, or mail. Key duties include managing inquiries, resolving pain points, handling sales calls, data entry, and back-office tasks with precision. You'll maintain product knowledge, meet performance targets, adhere to schedules, and contribute to team motivation through feedback, process improvements, and self-training.
