Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver expert help to customers of world-renowned brands. Work Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, in a full-time permanent role with a 6-month probation period. Responsibilities include phone-based support, solving issues efficiently, and thriving in a fast-paced setting backed by strong team spirit. Remote work may be possible depending on location proximity to the office. Get introduced to future colleagues pre-start and receive comprehensive training.
Requirements
We're seeking responsible, solution-oriented individuals who love phone work and people interaction. Key qualifications: completed secondary education; excellent Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English skills; strong PC/system abilities; service industry experience is a plus. Ideal candidates are service-minded, patient, result-driven, motivated, independent, and team players.
