Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll choose between our support or sales departments. In support, handle daily calls about invoices, network issues, and plan details, with team backup for tough cases. In sales, proactively call clients for promotions and convert inbound leads to retain and gain customers. Expect a structured day with procedure updates, call handling, and skill-building in communication and sales.

Daily Workflow

• Review updates and procedures
• Manage inbound/outbound calls
• Resolve queries or upsell services
• Collaborate with teams for escalations

Requirements

We seek enthusiastic candidates ready to shine. Key traits include strong computer skills for all electronic tasks, empathetic listening, clear communication, and respect for clients.
