Role Description

Become a Customer Support Agent or Telemarketing Specialist in a remote role from Croatia. Thrive in an international setting with diverse projects.

Customer Support Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve queries and provide information on services/products.

Telemarketing Responsibilities

• Sell new or existing services and products.
• Actively advise and inform customers.

Requirements

We seek candidates who love supporting others, are open, customer-focused, and proficient (B2/C1 level) in at least one of: Croatian, English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Czech, Slovak, or Swedish. Essential skills include basic computer use (MS Office), communicativeness, motivation, and team readiness. No prior experience required—paid training provided.
