Role Description
As Facility Manager in Belgrade, Serbia, you'll take full responsibility for operational functionality and strategic development of our sites. This role demands a proactive leader to manage finances, contracts, operations, and team performance, driving cost efficiencies and compliance while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end site operations and expansion strategies.
- Ensure safe working environments compliant with fire, health, and safety standards.
- Regularly review operations to cut costs and elevate standards.
- Handle purchasing: supplier selection, negotiations, budget applications, and billing reviews.
- Monitor service contracts for optimal delivery and costs.
- Manage site finances to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead Site Lead team, detect variations, and implement performance-boosting procedures.
Requirements
We're seeking an organized professional with:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Minimum 1 year in similar role + 3 years office administration (mandatory).
- Ability to work on-site in Belgrade.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Advantage: Training in Results Analysis or Applied Statistics.
