Role Description
As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll help online banking customers over the phone with their questions. No sales pressure or rigid scripts—handle conversations your way using strong communication skills. No prior experience? No problem! Start with our paid 4-week training: 2 weeks full-time in-office (Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00) plus 2 weeks on-the-job. First 3 months are fully on-site to master processes, then hybrid possible based on performance.
Work Schedule
Shifts within Mon-Sun 07:00-23:00; choose 32, 34, 36, or 39 hours/week. Full availability required for 5 days/week, 2 evenings to 23:00, and 2 weekends/month.
Requirements
- German C1-C2 and English B2
- Valid EU passport (ID not sufficient unless previously worked in Spain)
- Flexible for rotating shifts including weekends/evenings
- Service-oriented with admin affinity and basic PC skills
- Ready for Q1 2026 training start
