Role Description
As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front line supporting a renowned multinational in kitchen appliances. Provide top-tier service via phone, email, and chat, resolving queries with a problem-solving mindset. Work 39 hours weekly in a hybrid model (office first 2 weeks, then up to 4 days remote). Benefit from a 2-week training course to master the role specifics.

Requirements
