Role Description

As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll be the voice and face of a leading German-based financial platform. Your daily work involves handling inbound calls from users, assisting with account management, transaction issues, and online service queries. No prior finance experience is needed—we provide comprehensive paid training on banking processes. Work flexible shifts from 7:00 to 22:00 (including nights if preferred), with the option for full work-from-home setup using company-provided equipment.
