Become a Video Identification Agent in German and join our dynamic team in Osijek, Croatia. Be the go-to expert in your team for identifying and verifying personal data via video camera – a highly sought-after role for its simplicity and speed. No sales involved, just engaging video conversations with users. Start with comprehensive paid training to master our systems and processes. You'll provide timely support, resolve inquiries related to personal info verification, and communicate daily in German and English, with full support from your Team Leader and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo paid onboarding training

- Respond promptly to inquiries

Requirements
We seek motivated individuals ready to excel:
- German at B2 level minimum, English at B1
- Basic MS Office skills
