As a German-Speaking Video Identification Agent, you'll start with comprehensive paid training to master our systems and processes. Provide exceptional support to users via engaging video calls (no sales involved), verifying personal information swiftly and accurately. Communicate daily in German and English, resolving routine inquiries with full Team Leader and team support. Work from our modern Zagreb office in a comfortable setting with kitchen and relax zones.

Requirements
