Role Description

As Insights & Analytics Assistant Manager, you'll partner with business leaders to leverage data for process optimization and innovative solutions. Your role involves sifting through Big Data, applying statistical modeling, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy analytics models. You'll translate complex findings into actionable insights, presenting to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with leaders to identify data opportunities for process efficiency
• Build analyses from large datasets and design automation solutions
• Maintain reports for business planning and apply statistical techniques
• Validate data sources and methodologies
• Collaborate on model implementation and outcomes monitoring
• Present insights in stakeholder-friendly formats

Requirements

To succeed, you need 5-10 years in data analytics projects, proficiency in SQL, Google Looker, and MS Excel. Must-have: Value Stream Mapping and Flow chart knowledge. Plus: Python, ML, Minitab, Tableau, Six Sigma certifications. Experience in data architecture, visualization, and managing multiple projects preferred. Ideally a Quality & Process Improvement Supervisor/Manager.
