Role Description

As an IT Service Delivery Engineer, you'll be the primary IT contact for our Pasig site, handling workstation administration, local infrastructure support, and end-user assistance. Serve as first/second-tier support for service interruptions, deploy new systems, and maintain all IT equipment. Key areas include strategy & planning (recommending specs and policies), acquisition & deployment (managing computer rollouts), and operational management (installations, repairs, training, and storage oversight).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side support and train users to minimize issues.
• Manage hardware/software inventories and peripheral maintenance.
• Coordinate equipment deployments and disposals.
• Customize systems and resolve complex workstation problems.

Requirements

We're seeking proactive individuals with hands-on IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, and service desk processes is essential. Excellent communication for user training and policy development required. Based in Pasig-Tiendesitas, this full-time role suits those passionate about reliable IT service delivery.
