Role Description

Become part of a fantastic team focused on innovative treatments and diagnostics advancing medical practice, helping patients live longer and better. As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist working 100% from home in Slovenia, you'll support customers via phone, chat, and email with health-related queries. Start with comprehensive paid training on systems and processes, then provide empathetic, timely solutions with full team and leader support. Daily Italian communication is key in this full-time role requiring weekend availability.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Advanced spoken and written Italian (C1 level, mandatory)
  • Advanced spoken and written English (minimum B2 level, mandatory)
  • Availability for 5 days/week including Saturday and Sunday
  • Strong computer skills
