Role Description

As Quality Manager in Cairo, Egypt, you'll lead quality operations to the highest standards. Oversee day-to-day activities, manage and mentor a dedicated team, and foster their growth. Monitor performance metrics, ensure operational targets are met, and drive continuous improvement. Play a key role in client relations by presenting comprehensive quality reports and insights. Your leadership will enhance our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of quality operations
• Manage, mentor, and support quality team development
• Evaluate team performance and quality metrics
• Meet clients to discuss performance and reports
• Implement process improvements

Requirements

We're seeking a detail-oriented leader ready for this dynamic role:

• 1-3 years experience in quality operations or similar areas
• BPO experience preferred
• English proficiency (B1+ or B2)
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Ability to work from New Cairo office
• Adaptable, flexible, patient with excellent communication
• Deadline-driven and highly organized
