Role Description
As a Scheduling Analyst, you'll maintain optimized schedules, support short-term planning, and ensure seamless roster management for high-volume campaigns. You'll analyze data to recommend staffing adjustments, guide Real-Time Analysts, and collaborate across departments to meet client SLAs and operational goals. Key areas include Scheduling Governance (bids, swaps, performance files), Roster & System Maintenance (eWFM, SAP alignment), Teamwork, Customer Focus for clients/operations, Communication, and Campaign Performance Management.
Essential Duties
- Process schedule bids, adjustments, and pre-plot off-phone activities.
- Publish master rosters and track vacation leaves.
- Provide intraday guidance and backup leadership.
- Develop processes, reports, and support new projects.
Requirements
We're seeking detail-oriented analysts with WFM experience. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years in scheduling/planning, proficiency in eWFM/CMS/SAP, strong Excel/analytics skills, and excellent communication. Experience in BPO/call centers is a plus. Must thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings with a focus on accuracy and optimization.

- Support campaign performance, process improvements, and act as backup leader
