Role Description
As Senior Manager, Trust and Safety Practice/Operations Excellence, you'll provide strategic advisory to clients, combating threats like self-harm, graphic violence, and hateful content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety into product lifecycles, manage risk frameworks, and optimize operations.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for safety initiatives.
- Partner with product, engineering, legal, policy, and ops teams.
- Develop risk assessment and mitigation processes.
- Deliver end-to-end programs on harm reduction.
- Analyze data to improve moderation tools.
- Enforce policies at scale and drive process excellence.
Technical Responsibilities
- Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Maintain compliance with business regulations.
Requirements
To succeed, you need:
- University degree preferred; secondary diploma minimum.
- Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
- 3+ years in Trust & Safety and leadership.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/COPC.
- Strong Excel, G Suite skills; analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of labor laws and operational compliance.
- Background in customer service/contact centers.
