Role Description

Service Departments

Review daily procedures and handle customer questions via phone, email, video calls, or chat. Receive team and cross-department support for challenging cases.

Sales Departments

Proactively contact clients to update promotions, answer inbound calls, and drive client acquisition or retention through effective sales strategies.

Administrative Departments

Support core operations in HR, IT, administration, and more, ensuring smooth daily business functions.

Requirements

Stand out with basic computer skills for all electronic tasks, excellent listening and clear, respectful communication, and fluency in at least one key language: Polish, German, French, English, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, or Hebrew. No specific experience required—we train and develop talent.
