Role Description

As a Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Malaga, Spain, you'll deliver exceptional service to clients across various projects. This full-time role (39 hours/week) involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued. Work in a supportive environment where empathy, humility, and solution-oriented thinking drive success. Shifts vary by project, with options for fixed or flexible schedules. Permanent contract with 2-month probation.
