Role Description

As Team Leader - English in Porto, you will drive business success by coaching, managing, and motivating your customer service team. Act as a Manager, Leader, and Coach to impact operations daily. Key missions include forecasting earnings, monitoring agent targets, leading by example, adapting to service variations, exceeding targets via performance reviews, supporting traffic control, preparing reports, and fostering team development.

Requirements
