Role Description
The Team Leader (Healthcare) manages a team of CSRs, focusing on product knowledge, profitability, quality, and effectiveness. Key duties include leading daily activities to achieve employee, client, and shareholder satisfaction while developing CSR competencies aligned with TransVision goals.
People Leadership
- Promote open communication, feedback, and high motivation through adaptive leadership.
- Ensure employee satisfaction, attendance under 4%, and teamwork.
- Lead by example, handle disciplinary procedures, and drive reward eligibility.
Performance Management
- Meet production targets, review reports, and set individual CSR goals.
- Conduct minimum 50 side-by-side coaching sessions weekly, documented in Coach.
- Monitor schedule adherence, manage priorities per TWW standards, and prepare appraisals.
