Role Description

As Team Leader - Italian, you'll act as Manager, Leader, and Coach, impacting team development and business operations daily. Your mission includes providing precise earnings forecasts, monitoring agent targets, leading by example, adapting to service variations, exceeding targets via performance reviews, ensuring CSR familiarity with goals, supporting traffic control, preparing performance reports, and motivating your team for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide precise information to generate earnings and growth forecasts.
  • Notify, guarantee, and monitor operating targets for team agents.
  • Act in line with company guidelines, setting an example.
  • Proactively respond to service level changes with team communication.
  • Meet/exceed targets, review reports, and implement measures.
  • Ensure CSRs know targets and attend optimization meetings.
  • Support RTM in traffic control and task distribution.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and service quality.
  • Advise, motivate, and lead team professional development.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent Italian (C1 or higher).
  • Advanced spoken/written English (C1 or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proven customer service experience in pharmaceuticals.
  • Leadership experience in customer service (a plus).
