As a Tele2 Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Tele2, handling incoming calls from customers. Provide professional service, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions through upselling. Work 80% schedule in a schemed rotation: weekdays 07:45–19:15, Saturdays 08:45–15:15 (Sundays off). Take ownership with clear routines and strong team/leader backing. This spontaneous application role emphasizes personality and growth potential over prior experience.
