Role Description

As a Telephone Consultant for Protected Categories (L.68/99) in Inbound Banking Customer Service, you'll provide top-tier assistance on financial, insurance, and banking services. After comprehensive training, manage inbound calls to resolve inquiries, boost satisfaction, and support clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle requests for information on active products/services.
  • Inform customers about current campaigns.
  • Update and maintain customer databases.
  • Deliver solutions focused on customer satisfaction in a part-time (21 hours/week) shift-based role with smart working options.

Requirements

We seek passionate individuals belonging to protected categories (L.68/99) with a drive for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred contact center experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent relational, listening, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT tools.
