As a Teleprodajni Agent/ica, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment focused on telesales. This entry-level position is perfect for career starters or those seeking new challenges. Work in the first shift (8-16h, Monday-Friday) to maintain work-life balance while driving sales success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Pozivanje korisnika sukladno aktualnim kampanjama
- Realizacija prodaje tijekom telefonskog razgovora
- Upoznavanje korisnika s relevantnim uslugama i proizvodima
- Unos podataka u bazu tijekom i nakon kontakata
- Održavanje odnosa s korisnicima
- Postizanje poslovnih i individualnih ciljeva
