As Training Supervisor, you'll lead and develop customer service representatives (CSRs) to exceed performance targets. Focus on people management by boosting motivation and teamwork; drive performance through target setting and monitoring; deliver tailored training with hands-on sessions, pulse checks, and office hours; ensure quality via coaching and evaluations; and optimize operations with ACD and dialing systems.
We're seeking proactive leaders with call center experience, expert coaching skills, and strong organizational abilities. Key traits include proficiency in reporting, multitasking, communication, and pivoting between admin and training tasks. Passion for employee development and meeting targets is essential.
