Role Description

As Training Supervisor, you'll lead and develop customer service representatives (CSRs) to exceed performance targets. Focus on people management by boosting motivation and teamwork; drive performance through target setting and monitoring; deliver tailored training with hands-on sessions, pulse checks, and office hours; ensure quality via coaching and evaluations; and optimize operations with ACD and dialing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt leadership to individual needs, promote initiatives, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Review reports, set targets, conduct 50+ weekly coaching sessions, and maintain <4% absenteeism.
  • Customize training for roles/skill levels, stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, and assess effectiveness.
  • Manage daily learner communication, follow up on progress, and analyze gaps using reports.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and system efficiency.

Requirements
