As Vice President of Training, lead Philippines-wide training and development for client-specific programs at our Pasig site. Drive P&L success by managing budgets, growing revenue, and optimizing trainer-to-agent ratios. Support sales with efficiency insights and AI tool whitepapers. Spearhead curriculum development, simulations, and program evaluations to ensure best-in-class industry practices. Collaborate with WFM, Operations, and stakeholders to maximize resource utilization while maintaining satisfaction.
To excel, you need a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years VP experience (ideally as Training/Learning Director in BPO), US campaign expertise, and excellent communication. Passion for lean teams, revenue growth, and innovative training is essential.
