  • Managing stakeholders by supporting sponsors, key stakeholders, and senior management with comprehensive Supply Chain resource forecasts, business scenario assessments, and interim KPI analysis.
  • Designing and implementing projects and strategies for cost optimization, productivity improvements, and effective supply chain planning to meet product optimization goals.
  • Forming cross-functional project teams in a matrix structure, leading projects to optimize and expand the Dairy category business, developing team members, and fostering an effective working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Deep understanding and practical experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Management.
  • Operations experience, including working directly with supply chain processes to identify and solve problems from the inside.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
