  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams on issue resolution, claims management, refusals, and cost-adjusted returns.
  • Analyze carrier feedback to optimize FTL, LTL, RT, and dedicated truck logistics; manage daily delays and risks for swift resolutions.
  • Report service levels, rejections, and KPIs; prepare aggregated reports for business units and carriers, perform reconciliations, and assess carrier performance on truck availability and plant supply.
  • Process and audit carrier invoices, maintain selection rules and rates, monitor compliance, influence fleet performance, and support procurement in bids and carrier selection.
  • Forecast transport capacity and communicate effectively with carriers.
