Role Overview

As a Transportation Performance Analyst, NA, you'll join the Capacity, Performance and Planning (CPP) team within Nike's North America Trade & Transportation group. This full-time role focuses on leveraging data to optimize last-mile transportation, supporting Nike's Marketplace Strategy. Partnering with the Last Mile Transportation team, you'll provide critical metrics, lead reporting rhythms, and drive cross-functional improvements. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll tackle high-impact projects that shape Nike's transportation performance:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial and operational data (cost, service, speed) to identify opportunities in carrier strategy, speed to market, and transportation flows.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, handling data gathering, narrative development, and storytelling.
• Develop automated dashboards, define KPIs, and create intuitive tools to minimize manual reporting and enhance scalability.
• Coach partners on tracking metrics against goals, spotting exceptions, and recommending actions for continuous improvement.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for top-to-top discussions with internal leaders, strategic customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Support large-scale reporting that influences business decisions and scales Transportation products across Nike geographies.
• Contribute to evolving North America's Transportation performance framework through refined metric definitions and root cause analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

Critical Experiences Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education, experience, and training).
• Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills to turn business challenges into actionable insights.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytical tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Databricks (Python/R a plus).
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams to deliver results.
• Root cause analysis expertise to identify opportunities and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Clear communication of strategic vision via multiple platforms.
