Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Daily Transportation Planning and Execution

Lead the creation and execution of daily transportation plans using advanced TMS tools, ensuring they meet service and productivity standards for field sites nationwide.

Solution Quality and Process Improvement

Drive enhancements in solution quality through systematic settings, process optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration with technical teams and downstream partners.

Field and Partner Support

Provide daily support to field teams via training, troubleshooting, and resolution of planning issues. Manage priority shipments, SPA Box emails, and emergency downtimes to maintain service levels.

Performance Reporting and Collaboration

Produce and refine performance reports to boost service and productivity. Balance workloads with peers, support business fluctuations, and contribute to network integrations.

Qualifications & Requirements
